Ava's first Canada Day!
We started out the weekend watching dad play softball in the family softball tournament. It was nice and hot! We didn't win but it's always fun to hang out with family.
Ava with her cousin Summer
She was so, so tired. She finally fell asleep in my arms for awhile.
Ava loves her daddy!
To cool off we went over to Aunt Dixie's house for a pool party! I got in a picture thanks to Pam!
This girl grew so fast this swimsuit barely kind of fit her.
Her (second) cousin Chloe was so good to entertain her!
Watching everything Chloe does
And we love cousin Jennie!
Hmmm... they are almost the same size! Ava is at the top of the charts for her age for height and weight - she must get it from her dad?
Mmmmm - watermelon! She loved it!
Softball was Saturday, and on Sunday, there were no planned community things. Ava and I went for an early morning walk.
Ready for church!
Monday was the parade - Ava loved watching all of the people.
Don't mind the belly shirt! She had a nice coordinating white shirt on but of course she had a blowout before we left for the parade. This shirt was all I could find in the color scheme. :)
Our little family of 3.
Ava got to meet her cousin Blaise! She was so overdue for a nap; she was a bit cranky.
She decided hitting would make a good first impression. ;)
After a long day, she got her sleep schedule all messed up and woke up at 9 pm for a couple of hours. We tried to put her back to bed but she was wide awake.
We love our Ava!
